PLATE

Several grades of plate ranging from ASTM A516 Gr 70 pressure vessel plate to Nickel Alloy 825. We have the ability to supply full size plates or cut pieces per customer drawings. We can saw cut, plasma cut, water jet or laser cut depending on your requirements. Below is a list of alloys and size range for each alloy.

TUBING

C.G. Metals Inc. can manufacture superalloys, corrosion resistant alloys, exotic metals and specialty tubing and piping.

FORGING AND ROUND BAR

Extensive variety of forgings and round bar products. We stock forged bar and round bar products in everything from ASTM A105 normalized carbon steel to Zirconium ASTM B493 Alloy 702. If we don’t have material in stock, we are able to forge your requirement in a timely manner.

LARGE O.D. HEAVY WALL PIPE

Seamless pipe and mechanical tubing in O.D.s between 2.875 to 26 in. and wall thickness ranging from .375 to 4 in.

PIPE, PIPE FITTINGS AND FLANGES

Pipe, pipe fittings and flange requirements in a wide variety of material grades. Fittings consist of Buttweld Seamless and Welded and Pressure fittings.
