FABRICATION
We offer a wide variety of fabrication alternatives to the power generation industry.
Fabricators are ASME Section VIII Div. 1 “U” Stamp certified and ASME Section I “S” Stamp certified with over 400 weld procedures available for customer approval. Welded products undergo NDT testing, heat treating and hydro testing in house, based on customer requirements.

We have a variety of forging dies and pots that can save you time and money. This allows us to forge your material closer to your desired size, which will drastically reduce excess weight of the forging. We specialize in quick turnaround for your forging requirements, and have the ability to supply turnkey service and finish machine your parts after the forging process.

MACHINING
C.G. Metals Inc. has been machining parts for the Valve industry for more than 20 years. We machine several valve components per customer supplied drawings from a vast supply of stocked materials or forgings made to order.
We take the customers engineered drawing and quote a turn-key, finished product; with the fastest lead times in the industry. We are proud to say that we supplied critical Tp316 Stainless valve bodies for the launch pad systems for NASA.
All machined parts are inspected 100% to the customer supplied drawings.

All low alloy steels are generally provided with 300 series stainless and Inc 625 cladding and hardfacing. This process allows our customer to achieve the temperature and corrosion factors required without the added cost of making a complete component from the more expensive material grades.
